Welcome to my class blog!

I am Mrs. Richards and I work hard to create opportunities to advance student learning beyond the traditional classroom.  Student blogs featured on this site are in my Advanced Exploring Technology, 8th grade class, located in the California Central Valley.  We are a class of innovative learners interested in learning more about the use of social media around the world along with many other technology related topics .

Several of my students participate outside the classroom in the FIRST Tech Challenge.

This year we are embarking on a journey to build both a class blog and individual student blogs so that we might communicate with other students around the world and work on digital citizenship.
